Midwest Gypsy Swing Fest Update

Written by  Sims Delaney-Potthoff

Hello Wail friends and Midwest Gypsy Swing Fest Fans,

New news in Wail world.  We have made a deal with Arts Wisconsin.   We can now accept donations and grants from public agencies, corporations, foundations and individuals, and provide

tax-exempt status,

on behalf of Wisconsin arts.

This includes both the MGSF and H Wail.  In our ongoing pursuit of opportunities to get the music to the ears of our fans - and hopefully gain new friends - the Wail is always ready to accept financial help for any of the Wail projects.  And as stated earlier, the Festival could not be possible with out your help.  So this means you can deduct your sponsorship at the end of the year and know that the Wail can claim it as a tax exempt contribution.  We have a win-win (except for our uncle, Sam).  Not to worry , we pay plenty of taxes here in Wail world.

All the info for the tax exempt sponsorship can be found at
